The Siemens 6SL3210-1PE23-8AL0 is a SINAMICS PM240-2 power module rated 18.5 kW at low overload (15 kW at high overload) for three-phase 380-480 V AC supplies. PM240-2 power modules form the power section of the modular SINAMICS G120 drive system; a separate CU230P-2, CU240 or CU250S control unit mounts on the front to complete a working frequency converter.
The module includes an integrated braking chopper for connection of an external braking resistor and has an integrated Class A line filter. It is used in pump, fan, compressor, conveyor, mixer, and general machine drive applications. Released for use with control unit firmware V4.7 HF8 and later.
