The Siemens 6ES7226-6BA32-0XB0 is a SIMATIC S7-1200 SM 1226 fail-safe digital input module. Signal modules of the S7-1200 family mount to the right of the CPU and expand its onboard I/O over the integrated backplane bus connector; no separate rack or interconnect cabling is required.
