The Traditional WP59 Series water-cooled panel-mounted air conditioners represent a robust solution for climate control in industrial enclosures, combining heavy-duty construction with dependable cooling performance. Built with a powder-baked steel shell finished in ANSI 61 gray, these units deliver durable protection against corrosion and wear in demanding environments, with custom color options available to match facility specifications or branding requirements.

The cooling system employs a closed-loop design that isolates the enclosure interior airflow from external ambient or water flow, preventing contamination of sensitive components while maintaining a cool, dehumidified environment. CFC-free R134a refrigerant provides environmentally responsible operation, paired with an electronic low-temperature thermostat that prevents over-cooling and optimizes energy efficiency. A water regulating valve and excess pressure control ensure stable, reliable performance across varying operating conditions.

All blower motors are UL and CSA Recognized, featuring automatic-reset thermal overload protection and double-sealed or double-shielded precision ball bearings designed for extended service life. The motors utilize special permanent lubricants formulated to perform reliably across an extreme temperature range from minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, while tube axial fans are rated for operation from 14 degrees Fahrenheit to 158 degrees Fahrenheit and meet UL, CSA, and VDE standards. Each unit comes equipped with a six-foot minimum 3-wire power cord for straightforward installation.
