The ProSoft MVI56-BAS is a BASIC communication module for ControlLogix that bridges legacy BASIC programs and ASCII devices with modern PLCs via three ports (DH-485, PRT1, PRT2), includes a CompactFlash slot for program storage (up to 24,065 bytes RAM), supports DF1 full/half-duplex, and operates reliably from 0–60 °C with LED status indicators.
