Same-day shipping on in-stock IAC items ordered by 4:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. Factory-new authorized-brand items ship per the manufacturer's lead time. Confirm the dispatch date on your quote or order, and request a confirmed cutoff for time-sensitive shipments.

Most products carry IAC's own 2-year warranty. Altech, Benshaw, Dobot, Encoder Products, Fuji Electric, Hengst, Invertek, LS Electric, Maple Systems, Toshiba and WERMA ship factory-new with the manufacturer's warranty instead. See the brand table on our Warranty Terms page. For a claim, email service@iac.us.com with your receipt, order reference, part number and fault details; request an RMA before shipping.

Request the RMA within 30 days of delivery and ship the item within one week of the RMA being issued; a 25% restocking fee applies to non-warranty returns.
