The National Instruments PXI-5620 is a high-performance single-channel frequency-domain digitizer designed for a wide range of applications. Featuring a 14-bit resolution and a versatile sample rate range from 1 kS to 64 MS/s, the PXI-5620 is capable of delivering exceptional performance with a -3 dB bandwidth of 10 kHz to 36 MHz and an impressive spurious-free dynamic range of 80 dB. With onboard memory options of 8 MS when utilizing digital down conversion (DDC) and 16 MS without DDC, this digitizer enables efficient sample acquisition while allowing users to specify smaller buffers down to approximately 256 samples in software.

The PXI-5620 includes two SMA connectors for an analog input signal and an AC-coupled reference input (50 Ω, 10 MHz), along with an SMB connector for external digital triggers.
