The MR-J2-40A model is a servo amplifier with integrated positional capabilities. This specific model belongs to the J2 series of servo amplifiers designed and manufactured by Mitsubishi. During the installation of a single servo amplifier MR-J2-40A, provide sufficient side space (10 mm), top clearance (40 mm), and bottom clearance (40 mm) for optimal airflow. If you want to install two or more servo drives in a control box, leave the following clearances: 100 mm at the top, 40 mm at the bottom, 30 mm at the sides, and 10 mm at the bottom between the modules. A fan must be fitted to adjust the inside temperature of the control box.

Software Specification and Requirements

Parameter setting adjustments, graph display, test operation, etc., are all accomplished on a personal computer through the communication feature of the servo amplifier MR-J2-40A with the help of the setup software (MRZJW3-SETUP31E or later). The software communication signal meets the RS-232C standard. The program is capable of monitoring both batch display and high-speed display.
