All models are UL Listed per UL 484 for Special Purpose Air Conditioners and UL Recognized per NFPA 496:2013 for Purged and Pressurized Enclosures, meeting NEC Class I Division 1 Groups A, B, C, and D when used with an approved Type X Purge System, and Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C, and D with an approved Type Z Purge System. The unit achieves T-4 temperature classification at 275F/135C and is CE Compliant, ensuring compliance with international standards for hazardous area installations.

The HL48LV utilizes a closed-loop cooling design that completely isolates the enclosure interior airflow system from ambient airflow, preventing contaminated outside air from infiltrating the sensitive component compartment while maintaining precise dehumidification. A compressor short cycle protector safeguards against damage from frequent starting cycles that can occur due to fluctuating heat loads, power interruptions, or solar gain conditions, thereby extending compressor life and reducing maintenance costs.
