The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control system featuring onboard valve proving system operates at a frequency of 50/60Hz. This system is designed with an intermittent main flame establishing period and offers a choice between a 4-second or a 10-second pilot flame establishing period. This burner control system includes a programmable Valve Proving System (VPS) checking feature and a blinking LED for fault indication.
Embodying diverse functions, the burner control system provides automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status indication, and system self diagnostics for quick troubleshooting. The system is equipped with a valve proving feature for enhanced safety, and to configure this feature, it requires the S7800A1142 Keyboard Display that is sold separately. Please note that for optimal performance, a subbase and amplifier are essential.
One of the defining features in this system includes a power LED that flashes a fault code when the system is in lockout state. For increased flexibility, additional options like Modbus Interface, Keyboard Display Module, and Remote Display Module are available. The system incorporates five LEDs to produce sequence information, and interchangeable plug-in amplifiers for easy replacements.
For both local and remote annunciation of operation and fault information, the optional S7800 Keyboard Display Module can be incorporated. The system is designed with non-volatile memory which ensures retention of history files and lockout status even after a power loss. The system also provides an option to select relight or lockout during loss of flame.
This control system has a broad range of operating conditions from -40 F to 140 F. With its numerous features, it assures a robust and secure control environment for on-off primary control applications with valve proving system.
