The CIPer30 is a programmable VAV Controller designed for superior industrial control. It operates on either BACnet IP or the Niagara network, with the expansion capacity to supervise up to 3 field devices or 150 points. This controller is equipped with four Ethernet ports with a rapid spanning tree protocol for improved network efficiency. Built-in features include alarms, schedules, trends, histories, graphics/schematics, and the ability to send email and SMS notifications.

Powered by Niagara4, it utilizes its innovative HVAC Application Library for unmatched energy efficiency and constantly adapts to building characteristics to maintain flawless performance. The CIPer30's solid-state relay outputs reduce the requirement for external relays.

Among its numerous characteristics, the CIPer30 possesses discrete wiring sockets for effortless interchangeability without rewiring, coupled with compact mixed I/O modules providing over 1,000 physical I/Os. In addition to that, distributed mounting of I/O modules is allowed up to a range of 800m (2400 ft).

Technical specifications for the CIPer30 include a maximum power consumption of 100 VA for the controller and all connected loads and 50 VA for controller-only load. It is operable within a temperature range of -20 C to 55 C (-4 F to 131 F), and 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity. This component is UL/CUL listed, meeting UL 60730-1, CSA E60730-1 and UL 60730-2-9:2010 standards, as well as FCC Part 15, Subpart B:2017 Class B requirements for radiated emissions.

The controller’s 12 I/O ports can communicate over a BACnet IP network. Other ports include RS-485 and Ethernet. The CIPer30 operates at a power voltage of 20 to 30 VAC. As part of the CIPer controller product family, it is specifically devised for use in central plants, equipment, and VAV applications. It is conveniently designed for DIN Rail mounting, ensuring ease of installation and maintenance.
