A high-performance AC drive platform engineered for industrial machinery, cranes, and process equipment, the Fuji Electric FRN060G1S-2U is a FRENIC-MEGA (G1) series high-performance variable frequency drive (VFD) for 230V three-phase applications, rated at 60 HP / 180A (Light Duty), 50 HP / 146A (Heavy Duty).

The FRENIC-MEGA (G1) is Fuji Electric's flagship high-performance drive platform, delivering advanced vector control across a wide speed range. In sensorless vector mode, it achieves up to 150% starting torque at 0.5 Hz without an encoder. Closed-loop vector control with an optional encoder card achieves up to 200% starting torque and ±0.01% speed regulation. Torque control mode is also supported for tension-controlled winding applications.

The built-in PLC function enables simple sequencing and logic directly in the drive, reducing panel component count. Additional features: instantaneous power failure ride-through, multi-duty ratings (Light/Medium/Heavy), DC bus sharing, droop control, S-curve acceleration, and comprehensive diagnostics. RS-485 Modbus RTU standard; optional PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, and CC-Link cards.
