Description
The Fuji Electric DCR4-220C is a DC link reactor (DC choke) for the FRENIC-Ace (E2) variable frequency drive (VFD). Installed between the drive's internal DC bus and rectifier, it reduces input current harmonic distortion (THD), improves input power factor, and protects against line voltage spikes and transients.
Particularly effective at reducing 5th and 7th order harmonic currents to help meet IEEE 519 limits without the cost of a full active harmonic filter. Also reduces peak charging current into DC bus capacitors, extending capacitor service life.
Genuine Fuji Electric OEM accessory designed to the exact specifications of the FRENIC-Ace (E2) drive. Recommended for installations near harmonic-sensitive equipment.
