Description
The Benshaw MO-1002 is a metal oxide varistor (MOV) used for transient voltage suppression, cross-referenced to the Siemens/EPCOS SIOV-S20K510. It is a 20 mm disc varistor with a maximum continuous AC operating voltage of 510 VRMS, suitable for clamping voltage spikes across SCRs, contactor coils, and power circuits in soft starters and motor control equipment.
