Description
The Beckhoff EL7041 is a stepper motor terminal for the EtherCAT Terminal system for 2-phase stepper motors with incremental encoder feedback. Operating from 8 to 48 V DC with up to 5 A output current, it covers mid-size stepper axes for positioning and handling applications.
The motion interface accepts travel or velocity commands from the EtherCAT master, and the encoder input enables position monitoring and closed-loop supervision of the axis.
