As the central controller of an S120 lineup, it executes the closed-loop control for multiple axes, coordinates line and motor modules over DRIVE-CLiQ, and hosts the drive firmware and parameter set on a CompactFlash card (not included).
The CU320 is the first-generation S120 control unit, widely installed on machine tools, packaging, printing, and general production machinery; it is stocked here for installed-base replacement.
