Description
The Lenze EVS9325-EPV004 is a 5.5 kW (7.4 hp) servo position controller from the Lenze 9300 series. It is the positioning version, adding integrated point-to-point positioning and register control functionality on top of the base servo inverter. The 9300 series is widely used on packaging machines, textile machinery, converting lines, and general motion control axes. This V004 version includes the Lenze safe standstill (safe torque off) function for integration into machine safety circuits.
The drive operates from a 3-phase 400/480 VAC supply and is built as a panel-mounted (built-in) unit. Feedback options include resolver and encoder inputs, and fieldbus connectivity is provided through the Lenze AIF module slot (options for INTERBUS, PROFIBUS, and CAN-based networks) in addition to the onboard CAN system bus. The 9300 series has been discontinued by the manufacturer; this unit is offered as replacement stock for machines already fitted with 9300 series drives.
