Description
The ProSoft Technology PLX31-EIP-PND is a standalone gateway that provides bidirectional data transfer between EtherNet/IP systems and PROFINET IO controllers, presenting itself as a PROFINET device. It handles up to 1440 bytes each of input and output data and establishes I/O connections without requiring ladder programming, which conserves controller bandwidth.
An optional conformal coating variant is available for harsh environments. The gateway is DIN-rail mounted and powered from 24 VDC.
