The TrimLine Series NPT52 is an air-cooled, panel-mounted air conditioning unit designed to maintain precise temperature control within sensitive electronic enclosures while eliminating common operational challenges. Built-in condensate evaporation technology removes condensate under normal operating conditions, significantly reducing or eliminating the need for manual draining and associated drainage infrastructure--though an overflow condensate drain fitting and hose are included for use in extremely high humidity environments or applications with open or leaky enclosures.

A closed-loop cooling architecture isolates the enclosure interior airflow system from ambient air and water sources, ensuring that cool, dehumidified air reaches sensitive components without contamination or temperature fluctuations from the surrounding environment. The condenser impeller speed controller employs solid-state sensor technology to modulate fan speed based on coil temperature, dynamically adjusting between minimum and maximum operation to reduce noise levels, minimize compressor and fan cycling, and prevent coil freezing--delivering both operational quietness and extended equipment life. All airflow paths feature multi-layer corrugated aluminum filters held in sturdy one-piece aluminum frames; these reusable filters trap a high percentage of particulate matter with non-drying adhesive coating and may be washed and recoated as needed, with replacements available for damaged units.

The NPT52 incorporates electronic low-temperature control thermostat technology that prevents over-cooling while optimizing energy efficiency. The unit maintains NEMA 12 enclosure ratings per UL50 with full gasket sealing for leak-proof installation, is UL/CUL Listed for broad regulatory compliance, and uses zero ODP R410a refrigerant--an environmentally responsible HFC refrigerant with no ozone-depleting potential.
