Description
The GE Fanuc IC693CHS391 is a 10-slot CPU baseplate for the Series 90-30 PLC. The uniquely sized slot at the left end accepts the power supply module, and slot 1 (labeled CPU/1) holds the CPU; slots 2 and above accept option and I/O modules. Only one CPU baseplate is permitted per system, with additional racks configured as Expansion or Remote baseplates as allowed by the CPU model in use.
A 25-pin female connector at the right end of the baseplate provides the expansion port for connecting Expansion or Remote baseplates, allowing Series 90-30 systems to grow beyond a single rack.
