The IC200CHS011 is a 36-Barrier Interposing I/O Carrier designed by GE Fanuc for the VersaMax series, providing a robust interface between connector-style I/O carriers and field wiring. With dimensions of 4.350 inches by 5.500 inches by 2.750 inches, this I/O carrier enhances operational flexibility by accommodating various snap-together input/output carrier configurations. It features interposing terminals that facilitate easy hot insertion and removal while supporting barrier-style, EIC box style, and spring-style terminals. Each terminal can handle one or two solid or stranded wires, accommodating wire gauges between AWG 22 and AWG 14. It can manage voltages of up to 264 VAC and current ratings of up to 2 amps per point, with a total capacity of 8 amps for each power and ground connection. Designed for resilience, the IC200CHS011 withstands power surges of up to 300 VAC without sustaining damage.
