Description
The Schneider Electric BMXCRA31210 is an Ethernet remote I/O (RIO) drop adapter from the Modicon X80 range. Installed in a remote X80 rack, it connects that drop to a Modicon M580 Ethernet RIO network, allowing distributed I/O stations to be placed close to field devices while retaining deterministic communication with the CPU. This is the performance version of the adapter, supporting features such as change configuration on the fly (CCOTF) and time stamping.
