The MVI56-PDPMV1 is a sophisticated PROFIBUS DP V1 master module designed for integration with the ControlLogix platform, produced by Prosoft Technology, a partner of Rockwell Automation. Featuring a single optically isolated RS485 port, it manages up to 125 PROFIBUS slave devices and accommodates 1536 cyclic bytes with extended diagnostics and support for PROFIDrive version 3.1. It is housed in a standard 1756 ControlLogix chassis, requiring a single slot and drawing 800 mA at 5VDC, with operational durability across a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C and robust resistance to both vibration and shock.
