The Omron NX-ECC202 is an EtherCAT communications coupler unit for the NX-series modular I/O system. It connects a bank of NX I/O units to an EtherCAT master, presenting up to 63 attached units as a single network slave with fast, synchronized I/O refresh.
The coupler supplies the NX bus for its attached units and mounts on DIN rail, making it the head unit for distributed I/O stations in Sysmac machine control systems.
