Description
The Omron CQM1H-CPU21 is a CPU unit from the CQM1H compact rack-free PLC series. The CQM1H family builds controllers by connecting CPU, power supply, and I/O units side by side without a backplane, and the CPU21 provides a built-in RS-232C peripheral port for programming and serial device communication. It supports up to 256 I/O points and accepts CQM1/CQM1H expansion I/O units for machine-level control tasks.
Programming is done in ladder logic with CX-Programmer or the SYSMAC support software. The CQM1H series is discontinued by the manufacturer; this unit is offered as a replacement for installed systems.
