The National Instruments PXI-5154 Oscilloscope is an advanced oscilloscope/digitizer designed for automated testing, boasting high-performance capabilities with up to 1 GHz bandwidth and a sample rate of 2 GS/s. This model supports dual simultaneously sampled channels, and it is available in three configurations featuring different onboard memory options: 8 MB (Part Number: 780319-01), 64 MB (Part Number: 780319-02), and 256 MB (Part Number: 780319-03). With its external calibration feature, the PXI-5154 ensures accurate adjustments of the internal references used during self-calibration, storing all adjustment constants in nonvolatile memory. Self-calibration is initiated via software command, correcting gain, offset, triggering, and timing errors across all input ranges, except for External Trigger channels. The oscilloscope integrates user-friendly controls through the NI-SCOPE Soft Front Panel, facilitating intuitive operation and calibration via the NI Measurement Automation Explorer (MAX). It supports connection through BNC connectors and exhibits a voltage standing wave ratio of 1.27. Although the PXI-5154 entered the NI Maintenance phase on December 30, 2022, it continues to be available through Apex Waves, ensuring ongoing support, repair, and procurement of end-of-life hardware.
