The National Instruments PCI-8361 is an MXI-Express x1 Remote Controller designed for PXI remote control applications. This device establishes a PCI interface over a copper cable from a host computer featuring a PCI slot to the PXI-8360 remote control module, allowing seamless integration of PXI modules as if they were directly installed PCI devices. The PCI-8361 features a vertical row of 16 LEDs at the back, providing visual status indicators. It supports a maximum distance of 7 meters using copper cabling and delivers a sustained throughput of up to 100 MB/s.
