Central to its performance is the internal frequency reference, operating at 10 MHz with a maximum temperature stability of ±20 parts per billion (ppb), and minimal aging characteristics that yield an annual variance of ±100 ppb and a daily variance of ±1 ppb after 72 hours. The upconverter achieves a maximum accuracy of ±50 ppb and is equipped with automatic locking abilities, featuring a maximum lock period of 5 seconds and a locking range of ±0.5 parts per million (ppm) to an external reference. The 10 MHz reference output delivers a signal of 1±0.1 Vpk-pk (6.7 dBm into a 50 Ω load).

The device supports an extended power output range of -145 dBm to +10 dBm with a typical amplitude resolution of 1 dB and a rapid amplitude settling time, typically reaching 0.1 dB within 5 milliseconds. It maintains a group delay deviation of approximately ±20 nanoseconds within the vector modulation bandwidth, complemented by a bandwidth flatness of ±0.5 dB.
