The QX81 model accepts signals from various sources - 32 input points, with an external connection via its 37-pin D sub connector by 24 VDC and 4 mA. This module features an adjustable response time for noise resistance; the pulse width can be adjusted accordingly.

The model QX81 is an isolation technique incorporating a photocoupler input module with distinct characteristics. This technology emits 11 V of voltage with 1.7 mA of current when OFF while boasting 10 Mohms insulation resistance for greater reliability in operations.

In addition, the noise immunity makes it more resistant to external disturbances due to its 500Vp-p noise voltage rating and maintaining peak performance at only 1-microsecond pulse width for maximum efficiency under all conditions.

To limit the potential impact of noise, carefully manage input response times when utilizing the QX81 model. This module is designed to withstand a dielectric voltage of 560 VAC and operate in altitudes up to 2000 meters.

The QX81 model boasts impressive reaction times of 10 milliseconds for both OFF-to-ON and ON-to-OFF transitions, configurable with a PLC parameter. It has an extensive common terminal offering 32 points capacity and operates on 19 V minimum voltage while requiring only 3 mA current to maintain its On state.

The DC input module, model QX81, is a reliable power source with an internal current usage of 75 mA when all 32 points are active. Its 5,600-ohm impedance provides strong connectivity for compatible A6CON1E through A6CON3E (optional) connectors.

GX Developer allows precise adjustments of the QX81 module's parameters. Select "Input" or "I/O" from the Type drop-down menu to access the Input/Output assignment tab and adjust response times through a range of options by accessing its Detailed setting button.

After you have finished the wiring, put the metal cover on the QX81 so that you can protect yourself. Ensure no external power is connected first to protect yourself from receiving an electric shock while removing or installing this module.
