The Traditional WP59 Series represents a comprehensive water-cooled panel-mounted air conditioning solution engineered for industrial enclosures requiring precise environmental control and reliable cooling performance. These units feature a heavy-duty steel shell with baked powder finish in ANSI 61 gray, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability in demanding factory and outdoor environments; custom color options are available to match facility specifications or branding requirements.

The cooling system employs CFC-free R134a refrigerant within a closed-loop design that completely isolates the enclosure interior airflow from ambient or water-side airflow. This sealed architecture prevents warm, humid ambient air from infiltrating the sensitive equipment compartment, maintaining stable temperature and humidity conditions essential for reliable component operation. An electronic thermostatic low-temperature control prevents over-cooling while optimizing energy efficiency, and an excess pressure control mechanism protects the system during operation. The water regulating valve manages coolant flow for consistent thermal performance across varying load conditions.

All blower motors are UL/CSA Recognized and equipped with automatic-reset thermal overload protection and double-sealed or double-shielded precision ball bearings, ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance. The motors and components utilize special permanent lubricants formulated to perform reliably across an exceptionally broad temperature range from -20F to 250F, with tube axial fans rated for continuous duty from 14F to 158F and designed to meet UL, CSA, and VDE standards. The WP59 Series comes standard with a six-foot minimum 3-wire power cord for straightforward installation and integration into existing electrical systems.
