The unit incorporates a closed-loop cooling system that completely isolates the cool, dehumidified internal airflow from ambient conditions, preventing outside air from compromising the enclosure environment. A built-in condensate evaporator eliminates the need for manual drainage under normal operating conditions, though overflow drain provisions are included for extremely humid applications. The system operates on 480-volt, 3-phase power and features a programmable thermostat and temperature alarm for precise, responsive control. A phase sequence and phase loss detector with under-voltage monitor safeguards against electrical faults that could damage the compressor or control systems.
