KBB47 High Pressure Centrifugal Blowers

The KBB47 is a high-pressure centrifugal blower delivering 200 CFM of airflow, engineered to handle mid-range static pressures while maintaining full performance regardless of mounting orientation. Its rugged construction with baked powder finish provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance in demanding industrial environments.

The motor system combines UL/CSA Recognized ball-bearing motors available in permanent split capacitor or shaded pole configurations, each equipped with automatic-reset thermal overload protection to safeguard against motor damage from extended operation under stress. Kooltronic's engineering minimizes motor temperature rise by leveraging the blower's intake air for active cooling, significantly extending motor service life and reducing maintenance requirements. The blower includes 12-inch power and ground leads to facilitate flexible installation configurations.

All motors carry a Declaration of Conformity to applicable CE Standards, ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements. The permanent lubricants used throughout the unit perform reliably across an exceptionally broad temperature range from -20F (-29C) to 250F (121C), making the KBB47 suitable for both extreme cold storage applications and high-temperature industrial processes.
