KBB38 High Pressure Centrifugal Blowers

The KBB38 is a high-pressure centrifugal blower delivering 160 CFM of airflow, engineered to handle mid-range static pressure applications across a variety of industrial cooling and climate control systems. This unit performs at full capacity regardless of mounting orientation, providing flexibility in installation configurations that other designs cannot match.

Constructed with rugged materials and finished with a durable baked powder coating, the KBB38 resists corrosion and wear in demanding environments. All motors feature UL/CSA Recognition and are available in permanent split capacitor or shaded pole configurations, both equipped with automatic-reset thermal overload protection to prevent damage from electrical faults and thermal stress. The motors are designed for exceptionally low temperature rise and benefit from intake air cooling provided by the blower itself, a design feature that extends motor life and reliability in continuous-duty applications. All units carry a Declaration of Conformity to applicable CE Standards, simplifying compliance for international installations.

The blower is supplied with 12-inch minimum power and ground leads for convenient connection to facility wiring. Special permanent lubricants formulated by Kooltronic operate reliably across a broad temperature range from minus 20F to 250F, ensuring consistent performance whether deployed in cold storage facilities, heated industrial spaces, or any environment in between.
