Its heavy-duty steel shell features a durable baked powder finish in ANSI 61 gray, with custom color options available to match facility standards or aesthetic requirements.

The unit employs a closed-loop cooling architecture that isolates the enclosure interior airflow system from ambient or external water flow, preventing contaminated outside air from compromising the cool, dehumidified component compartment. Epoxy-coated condenser and evaporator coils provide enhanced corrosion resistance, withstanding 1000 hours of salt spray per ASTM B 117 testing, making this system suitable for moderately corrosive applications. A compressor short cycle protector guards against harmful frequent starts that can degrade compressor life, particularly beneficial in installations subject to solar gain or variable internal heat loads where power interruptions or temperature fluctuations are common.
