The unit features a heavy-duty steel shell with a baked powder finish in ANSI 61 gray, with custom color options available to match facility standards. The epoxy-coated condenser and evaporator coils provide corrosion resistance capable of withstanding 1000 hours of salt spray per ASTM B 117 testing, making this system suitable for challenging operational environments. A built-in condensate evaporator eliminates the need for manual condensate drainage under normal operating conditions, with an overflow drain fitting and hose included for protection during periods of extreme humidity. The closed-loop cooling design isolates the enclosure interior airflow from ambient conditions, ensuring that no unconditioned air can contaminate the protected component compartment. A multi-layer corrugated aluminum filter captures contaminants before they reach internal components, with replacement filters readily available for maintenance.
