The Profile Series DP33 is an air-cooled panel-mounted air conditioner engineered to deliver precise climate control for industrial enclosures while offering exceptional installation flexibility. Designed with a heavy-duty steel shell finished in baked powder coat (ANSI 61 gray, with custom color options available), this unit withstands demanding operational environments and maintains a professional appearance in any facility.

The DP33 incorporates a closed-loop cooling system that completely isolates the enclosure interior from ambient air and water flows, ensuring no contaminated air invades the cooled, dehumidified component compartment. A built-in condensate evaporator eliminates the need for external drainage under normal operating conditions, with overflow protection and drain fittings included for applications where additional condensate capacity is required. The epoxy-coated condenser coil delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, withstanding 1000 hours of salt spray per ASTM B 117 testing, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. An intelligent solid-state condenser impeller speed controller continuously monitors coil temperature and modulates fan speed accordingly, reducing energy consumption, noise levels, and compressor cycling while preventing freeze-up conditions. Electronic thermostatic low temperature control prevents over-cooling and optimizes energy efficiency during operation.
