Honeywell WEBS 8000 Controller N4

The Honeywell WEBS 8000 Controller N4 is a robust industrial device equipped with advanced features designed for adaptable connectivity and secure control. This controller integrates two 10/100 Mb Ethernet ports and two RS-485 Serial ports for facilitating versatile network communications. It houses a removable Micro-SD Card which provides a total of 4GB flash storage, out of which 2GB is allocated for user storage.

Being compatible with IEEE802.11a/b/g/n and both IEEE802.11n HT20 @ 2.4GHz and HT20/HT40 @ 5GHz, the device supports WiFi operations either as a client or a Wireless Access Point. Its configurable radio offers three accessible states - off, WAP, or client - with WPAPSK/WPA2PSK underpinning secure connectivity.

A USB type A connector is incorporated to endorse support for backup and restoration processes. It ensures an added layer of operational protection through its Secure Boot feature. The controller’s supply requirements are either 24VAC rated at 24VA minimum or 24VDC rated at 1A (24W) minimum.
