The Honeywell Vaporstat Controller is designed to operate within a pressure range of 0 to 16 oz/in2. Upon pressure rise, this controller features an auto recycle switch operation - SPDT making R-W and breaking R-B. Also noteworthy about this controller is its versatile mounting ability, which involves a 1/4 in. NPT attachment.

Key features of the Vaporstat Controller include a stainless steel diaphragm, which interacts with a diverse range of media including liquids, air, noncombustible gases, ammonia, oxygen, distilled water, and others. The controller allows SPDT switching facilitated by a clear plastic cover that enables users to monitor pressure settings conveniently.

The controller is designed for a comfortable mount using a hexagonal fitting with 1/4 in. NPT internal threads. This allows direct mounting to the 14026 (Steel) or 50024585-001 (Brass) steam trap (siphon loop). Additionally, the controller integrates a ground screw terminal for added security.

In its application, the Vaporstat Controller provides operational control and automatic limit protection for pressure systems with pressures up to 4 psi. As for connections, the controller is equipped with screw terminals. In terms of operating conditions, it is built to work efficiently within a diverse temperature range of -35 F to 150 F (-37 C to 66 C). The controller further boasts a subtractive differential type feature and utilizes a stainless-steel diaphragm as its sensor element.
