Honeywell Stryker, 10 IO - CVB4024NS-VAV1/U

The Honeywell Stryker 10 IO is a configurable VAV controller with a robust and versatile design, enabling it to effectively interface with a variety of BACnet MS/TP industrial systems. The controller incorporates a Real-time Clock and a Sylk Bus, and has the ability to communicate over an EIA-485 network with baud rates ranging between 96 and 1152 kbits/s.

Specifically designed to streamline the process of installation and replacement, the controller features removable terminal blocks for all wiring connections. The actuator, exclusive to the CVB4022AS-VAV1 model, directly mounts onto the VAV box damper shaft and delivers up to 44 lb-in (5 Nm) torque with a 90-degree stroke and 90-second timing at 60 Hz frequency.

The housing of both the controller and the actuator are UL Plenum rated, and while the controller can operate independently, it is also BACnet network communications capable. With the Sylk Bus, it can be paired with Sylk-enabled sensors, while on the BACnet MS/TP segment it can support up to 30 controllers.

The controller operations can be configured for Control, Input, and Output functionalities using the Niagara Framework Software. Built-in zone control functions include a remote wall module interface and a scheduler. Offering both pressure-independent or pressure-dependent single variable Air Volume Control, it comes with a Microbridge Air Flow Sensor with a dual integral restrictor design. Accessibility has also been significantly considered in the design to facilitate user interactions with air flow sensor inputs.

Finally, the controller operates on a 24 VAC, with a valid power voltage range of 20 to 30 VAC. Its operating temperature ranges from 0 to 50 C (32 to 122 F). UL/cUL certified, it also meets the CSA and FCC Part 15, Subpart B, Class B standards and requirements. Further technical details include its mounting option - on a DIN Rail; it belongs to the Stryker product family and uses the Niagara Tools for programming.
