The Honeywell Semi-Automatic Primary Control is a meticulously designed system that operates at 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and is ideal for Intermittent Pilot Type operations. Elevating its utility, it includes running interlocks and an S7800 display module.

One of its key features is the ability to perform diverse functions ranging from purging and burner pilot startup, to flame supervision, system status indication, as well as system diagnosis and troubleshooting. The device employs an intermittent main flame establishing period and offers a 4-second or 10-second pilot flame establishing period for superior control.

The device is engineered to delay the admission of fuel into the combustion chamber until the pilot flame has been proven, post which, it persistently monitors the flame throughout the run period. The device simultaneously provides system status indications enhancing the control dynamics.

Bolstering its capabilities, the control comes with a keyboard display module and five LEDs that furnish sequence information, supported by an interchangeable plug-in flame amplifier. The control allows for external electrical voltage checks, enhancing the safety features.
