Constructed with a robust copper bulb sensor element, the Honeywell Proportional Temperature Controller is designed to provide a highly responsive and accurate temperature control system. The controller has the capacity to function in a set point temperature range of 55°F to 175°F, achieved from a 1/2 inch diameter bulb size and a length of 3-9/16 inches. Ensuring fine-tuning precision, it features a 280 ohm potentiometer and a 5 ft capillary length.

The Honeywell Proportional Temperature Controller goes the extra mile in ensuring its rapid response capability, particularly for duct mounting. With a coiled sensing element, it delivers a response that is four times faster than standard models. Temperature fluctuations in the case and tubing are effectively managed through the inclusion of ambient temperature compensation.

For added efficiency, the capillary tubing of the sensing element enables remote mounting, providing greater flexibility and convenience in installation. With accessibility to the set point through the cover, temperature adjustments can be performed quickly and easily. The controller also comes equipped with a throttling dial located inside the case, which enables the adjustment of the proportional throttling range for optimal control.
