Honeywell Proportional Pressuretrol Controller - L91B1035/U

The Honeywell Proportional Pressuretrol Controller is designed for modulating switch operation in applications that deal with steam, air, noncombustible gases, and other fluids that are non-corrosive to the brass or phos-bronze (300 psi models) bellows. It should be noted that the controller should not be used with combustible mediums or any medium that could be chemically harmful to phos-bronze bellows (10-300 psi models) or brass bellows (all other pressure range models).

This controller serves the purpose of modulating pressure control for the regulation of liquid, air, or other non-corrosive gases. It has an operational modulating output of 140 ohms, controlled by a single potentiometer. The controller can manage pressures from 0 to 15 psi, and offers an optional surface mount through the back of its case.

For electrical connections, the controller is equipped with screw terminals. The sensing element incorporated in the controller is of brass bellows. In terms of operating conditions, the controller functionality is efficient in temperatures ranging from 32 F to 150 F (0 C to 66 C). The controller allows for a pressure differential from 1.5 psi to 12 psi, with a minimum and maximum pressure differential of 1.5 psi and 12 psi respectively.
