The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control operates on 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Featuring an intermittent pilot type, it also includes an intermittent main flame establishing period. Depending on needs, you can utilize a 15-second or 30-second pilot flame establishing period. This model also enables a higher flame sensor for infra-red heater applications.
This control's powerful suite of functions includes automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, clear system status indication, and comprehensive system or self-diagnostics for efficient troubleshooting. It's important to note that its operation requires both a subbase and an amplifier.
Additionally, this controller's capabilities can be enhanced with optional features. These optional features include a Modbus interface, keyboard display module, and remote display module. To facilitate convenient sequence information, five LEDs have been built into the control system.
The system also uses interchangeable plug-in amplifiers. An optional feature of this model is the local or remote annunciation of operation and fault information. Assuring continuity in event of a power loss, the controller's non-volatile memory safely retains history files and lockout status. This controller offers a selection between relight or lockout in case of flame loss.
This On-Off Primary Control is optimally designed to function in varying operating conditions, from as low as -40 F to as high as 140 F.
