Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor, Non-Spring Return - M9194E1000/U

The Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor features a non-spring return with a torque rating of 300 in-lb. This unit operates on 24 volts and consumes 15 volt-ampere, offering proportional control with a 135-ohm control signal. Included with the motor is a transformer for easy integration into your system.

One of the key features of this motor is its integral junction box that confers NEMA 3 weather protection, however, this applies when the motor is mounted upright. The entire system of the motor and its internal circuitry operates efficiently from a 24 VAC. It also comes with quick-connect terminals as standard, though a screw terminal adapter is available separately for added flexibility.

Ideal for retrofitting older systems, an adapter bracket can be obtained that caters for matching the shaft height of older motors. The motors in these models have an adjustable stroke, allowing for a range of 90 to 160 degrees. For additional control and safety, integral auxiliary switches are available either factory-mounted or as field additions.

Of note is that all models come with dual shafts, slotted and tapped on both ends. For added convenience, these models also feature auxiliary switch cams. The fixed torque remains consistent throughout the entire voltage range.

In terms of technical specifications, this motor has a power consumption of 15 VA and operates under a broad range of conditions from -40 F to 150 F or -40 C to 60 C. The electrical connections consist of quick-connect terminals for swift and easy integration into your system.
