The Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor is a non-spring return model with a robust 75 in-lb. torque rating and operates on 120V with a power consumption of 12 VA. It employs a proportional 135 ohm control signal and includes a transformer. With an ability to operate from 24 VAC, it ensures superior performance and reliability.

The motor boosts versatility with its inherent junction box that offers a NEMA 3 level weather protection provided it is mounted in the upright position. Ease of connection is assured by its standard quick-connect terminals, and an optional screw terminal adapter is also available. An adapter bracket can be utilized to align the shaft height with older motors.

One of the standout features of this Modutrol IV Motor is the field-adjustable stroke, offering a range from 90 to 160 degrees. It is also prepared for the addition of integral auxiliary switches that can be factory mounted or added in the field.

Each model in this range comes with dual shafts having both ends slotted and tapped, accompanied by auxiliary switch cams. To ensure operational stability, these motors maintain a fixed torque throughout the entire voltage range.

The system can withstand harsh operating conditions ranging from -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 60 C) and uses quick-connect terminals for easy electric connections. Further control and functionality are added with a dual system auxiliary switch.
