Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor, Non-Spring Return - M6284F1078-F/U

The Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor is a non-spring return type of motor featuring a torque rating of 150 in-lb, operating at 24 volts and power consumption of 17 Volt-Amperes. This device provides floating control with linear 10K feedback.

Included within the motor is an integral junction box that provides protection against NEMA 3 weather conditions, provided the motor is mounted in an upright position. These motors have been designed to accommodate either normally open or normally closed valves and dampers. Additionally, they feature an electrically isolated feedback potentiometer, responsible for providing shaft position indication.

These units function through the use of 24 VAC operated motor and circuitry. They also come standard with quick-connect terminals, but a screw terminal adapter can be acquired separately if needed. Users can also opt for an adapter bracket to match the shaft height of older motors.

Its operating conditions range from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, which translates to -40 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. The motor has screw terminal electrical connections and is housed in a NEMA 3 standard enclosure. Finally, Modutrol IV Motor is equipped with two auxiliary switches.
