The Honeywell Direct Coupled Actuator with a torque of 70 lb-in delivers reliable performance with its non-spring return mechanism. The actuator operates with 24 VAC and has a VA rating of 24, designed with a single pole, double throw (SPDT) floating control for precise functionality.

One of its key features is the adjustable minimum position from 0 to 30 across all models, offering greater flexibility and precision. The introduction of a magnetic coupling removes the requirement for mechanical stops, increasing efficiency and lifespan. On selected models, the option is available to add an auxiliary feedback potentiometer in the field.

A manual declutch mechanism is incorporated across all models, aiding in quicker and smoother transitions. The power consumption is optimized and regulated at 24 VAC. The device performs consistently in varying temperatures ranging from -18 C to 50 C (20 F to 125 F).

Regarding auxiliary switches, selective Normally Opened (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) settings are available but not simultaneous.
