The Honeywell Direct Coupled Actuator is a robust 27 lb-in spring return device featuring advanced modulating, floating, and 2-position functions. This efficient unit has an operating temperature range from -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 65 C), ensuring optimal functionality even in harsh industrial environments. Employing single pole, single throw (SPST) feedback, this actuator can be used for volume control dampers, either mounted directly onto the drive shaft or at a remote location with the aid of accessory hardware.

Designed for quarter-turn rotary valves such as ball or butterfly valves, direct mounting to the drive shaft is achievable, offering increased system versatility. Some models even come equipped with an additional cable to further extend its capabilities.

The actuator relies on a 24 VAC power source, offering efficient energy consumption. Maintaining industrial quality, the power cable is plenum-rated, is 3-foot long from the end of access cover and supports 18 AWG. Similarly, the switch cable too is appliance rated, has a length of 3-foot from the end of access cover, and also supports 18 AWG.
