The Honeywell Direct Coupled Actuator, equipped with an impressive force of 160 lbf, is a non-spring return actuator operating at 24 VAC with a 6 VA rating. It uses the SPDT switch type and functions on a two-position, floating principle. One of the primary advantages of this actuator is its ability to facilitate the use of a common transformer power supply across multiple actuators and controllers. The actuator is also a self-contained, motorized valve linkage.

This versatile device exhibits a unique feature allowing the linkage to self-adjust to a valve stroke of up to 3/4 inch. With a multi-pose mounting capability, it delivers a strong valve seat closing force of 710 Newton, equivalent to 160 lbs, making it highly reliable in various control applications.
