The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 8-inch control device. This product is characterized by a flanged design integrating 1081 Cv at 60-degree stroke and 3316 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The valve body is constructed from polyester-coated cast iron, ensuring its resistance against weather, chemicals, ultraviolet radiation, abrasion, and impact. Further enhancing the durability of this valve is a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat. The stem of the valve is made from 416 stainless steel.

The product is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, accommodating ANSI Class 125/150 Lug pipe connections. This valve also features bi-directional flow capability and an extended neck design adequate for 2 inches of pipe insulation. The disks of this butterfly valve are made from Nylon 11 coated cast iron, offering reduced friction, exceptional corrosion resistance, and the ability to utilize lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The valve stem incorporates a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, specifically designed without points for corrosion access, ensuring prolonged operation life. Known for its impeccable functionality, this valve provides bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is optimal for services involving hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, adhering to an equal percentage flow characteristic. It operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C) and can effectively handle a close-off pressure of 175 psi.
