Honeywell presents the two-way Butterfly Valve, with a diameter of 6 inches. The feature of this valve includes a flanged design, offering a Cv of 567 at a 60-degree stroke and 1850 at a 90-degree stroke. The valve body is made of a polyester-coated cast iron for optimal protection against weather, chemicals, ultraviolet rays, abrasion, and impact. The resilient seat is crafted from peroxide cured EPDM. The valve stem is fashioned from 416 stainless steel, ensuring strength and durability.

The Butterfly Valve is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches. It is also designed with ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe Connections, and offers bi-directional flow. The valve is configured with an extended neck that can accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation.

The disks of the valve are coated with Nylon 11 which provides excellent corrosion resistance, reduces friction, and permits the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valves body sizes. The valve stem is stainless steel and has a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection with no points for corrosion access.
